Nicolette Sheridan's ex-boyfriend is set to publish a Tell all book revealing all details about his previous romance with the actress and her "bitter flights" with her co-stars in the hit series Desperate Housewives.
Sheridan ditched Swedish personal trainer Nicklas Soderblom in 2005 when she began dating singer Michael Bolton.
Three years on, Soderblom has teamed up with journalist Bonnie Robinson and is trying to find a publisher for his tell-all book, reports the New York Post.
Robinson claims the book - Not A Desperate Houseman - contains "many, many insights" about "jealousies, fights, etc" on the Desperate Housewives set.
She describes Soderblom as "a man who fell passionately in love with a self-centered celebrity" and that Sheridan was "a stressed out middle-aged woman in Hollywood who sees Desperate Housewives as her last big break".
Robinson adds that the actress is "barely interested in sex; except as a means of manipulation to get what she wants. In fact, she couldn't be more opposite in real life than the sexy Edie Britt she portrays on Desperate Housewives".
On the other hand, Nicolette is said to have stopped eating meat to please her fiancé Michael Bolton, who is a strict vegan.
Nicolette is adjusting her diet to more closely match Bolton's who avoids meat, dairy and anything made from animal products.
According to a friend of the couple, "He's pushing Nicolette to give up meat because watching her eat a lamb chop grosses him out.
"He convinced her that it will keep her caloric intake down."
The celebrity couple, who first dated in the mid 1990s, recently announced their engagement after renewing their relationship in November of the year 2005 and are currently planning their wedding.
The actress is open-minded about her new lifestyle choice, but is taking things one day at a time.
The friend adds, "She's trying, but she does sneak a chicken now and then."
