The commercial, which was aired last month on SuperBowl day, features some cute babies "talking". One of them mentions a "milk-o-holic Lindsay", and that seems to be enough for LiLo to feel they were referring to her and the previous instances of alcohol abuse in her life.
A rep from her camp said this morning: "They used the name Lindsay. They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."
