Michael Jackson's hometown will hold a special celebration to mark what would have been the popstar's 52nd birthday.
According to Access Hollywood, the city of Gary, Indiana will hold a tribute to the 'Thriller' singer outside his boyhood home on Saturday.
The town's mayor Rudy Clay said in a statement that he was proud to honour Jackson as a giving person and "the world's greatest entertainer".
The event will reportedly include local musicians and an appearance by a Jackson impersonator.
The celebration comes just over two months after Gary held a vigil to mark the one-year anniversary of the musician's death.
