According to reports, the pair have separated after seven years of marriage.
A source close to the House star and filmmaker/musician Ruspoli told Gossip Cop that the two have been broken up for a while.
"They have been living apart after trying for quite some time to make their relationship work," the insider said.
The couple wed in secret on a school bus in 2003.
