Images of the Dancing On Ice star were recently leaked to the press and it was suggested that they would be published in an official release next year.
However, Madeley's representative told Heat: "Those pictures were not for her 2012 calendar, as reported.
"They were taken a long time before Dancing On Ice and were never signed off by us. No-one was supposed to see them."
They continued: "They're not professional pictures, as the lighting is all wrong and there are random people in the shots.
"She isn't too happy about it - especially as she didn't have the toned body she has now."
