Madonna and her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes have launched a junior fashion line called Material Girl. The range will be released on August 3 and will be sold exclusively at Macy's department stores in the US, reports the Los Angeles Times.It will include apparel, footwear, jewellery and handbags. Prices run from $12 (£8) to $40 (£27).The singer said that Material Girl will draw inspiration from Lourdes's personal approach to fashion."I think this line is absolutely an extension of her taste," she said."We like to combine… a plaid or a flannel with a lace, or leather with lace or rhinestones. So we mix and match textures and fabrics and elements that are both masculine and feminine."Madonna previously released a fashion line for H&M in 2007.
