Despite rumors of a publicity stunt, it seems Heidi Montag is indeed ready to divorce Spencer Pratt, and she’s already gearing up for legal action.According to a report, the “Hills” babe has hired attorney Jodeane Farrell, who is taking steps to get the quickest divorce possible in the State of California.
Two weeks from now, Farrell will be setting up a mediation between Heidi and Spencer to figure out who gets what in the divorce.
From there they’ll have to wait the required six month time period before their marriage is legally dissolved.
