Cheryl Cole has reportedly been helped to 'heal' from her X Factor USA drama by star astrologer Russell Grant. The 60-year-old has sent three so-called 'healing crystals' to the Girls Aloud singer, which he claims will bestow her with "protective energy", defend from "psychic attack" and "dissipate nervous energy". The "crystal power expert" told The Sun that Cole was in need of help after being "let down" by former colleague Simon Cowell and bumped from the X Factor panel in favour of Nicole Scherzinger. "Cheryl needs this at the moment. I feel sorry for her. I think she has been really let down," he said.A source close to Cole also revealed that Grant's suggestion of mystical therapy had been backed by her loved ones. "Cheryl's friends have been really concerned. They told Russell to send her whatever he thought she would need."Cole's former X Factor colleague Paula Abdul was reported to have suggested crystal healing as a way of combating the 27-year-old's "negative" attitude.
