Daniel Craig has reportedly closed a deal to star in the US version of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.Craig will play journalist Mikael Blomkvist in the picture. The deal also locks down the actor for two sequels based on Stieg Larsson's novels The Girl Who Played With Fire and The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest, reports Deadline.Craig will begin filming the movie in Sweden after he wraps work on Cowboys and Aliens.Director David Fincher and producer Scott Rudin are reportedly still in the process of casting the role of Lisbeth Salander. Actresses including Ellen Page, Mia Wasikowska, Emily Browning, Sara Snook, Rooney Mara and Sophie Lowe are in the running for the part.
