Lindsay Lohan is on her way to jail, after a Los Angeles judge determined she had willfully violated her probation.Lohan, who has been on probation for the last two years after she was charged with driving under the influence [of alcohol] in 2007, faced the courts a few days ago with a 'who cares' attitude that certainly didn't earn her any sympathy.Judge Marsha Revel showed no mercy for her, and slapped her with the 3 month sentence, which is to be carried out within a few weeks.The picture here shows LiLo crying after she found out about the sentence.
