Lindsay Lohan has launched a lawsuit against E-Trade for $100 Million Dollars for the use of her name in a TV commercial.The commercial, which was aired last month on SuperBowl day, features some cute babies "talking". One of them mentions a "milk-o-holic Lindsay", and that seems to be enough for LiLo to feel they were referring to her and the previous instances of alcohol abuse in her life.A rep from her camp said this morning: "They used the name Lindsay. They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."
