Cindy Crawford’s husband Rande Gerber is facing a lawsuit filed by two former women employees who allege the business mogul sexually harassed them.The women claim they lost their jobs at a restaurant owned by Gerber’s company after they rejected the advances made by the 47-year-old and other managers.As per TMZ.com, one of the women alleged that the supermodel’s better half, in 2008, had tried to kiss her three times during the night, and then “put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch.”The ladies are reportedly seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit filed in March in San Diego County Superior Court.A Gerber Group spokesperson has denied the claims.“These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit,” Us magazine quoted the spokesperson as saying.Gerber is the owner of the Midnight Oil chain of bars and lounges and has been married for 11 years. He has two kids, Presley, 9, and Kaia, 7.
